Bearing characteristics

Deep groove ball bearing is the most representative rolling bearing, which is widely used. This kind of bearing has simple structure, low manufacturing cost and high precision.

When a larger radial clearance is selected, the axial bearing capacity increases and the contact Angle is zero when the pure radial force is applied. When axial force is applied, the contact Angle is greater than zero. Generally, ramjet type retainers are used, and sometimes nylon retainers are used.

After the deep groove ball bearing is mounted on the shaft, the axial displacement of the shaft or housing can be limited within the axial clearance range of the bearing, so it can be positioned in both directions. In addition, this kind of bearing also has certain ability of centering. When it tilts 2 '~ 10' relative to the housing hole, it can still work normally, but it has certain influence on the bearing life. Deep groove ball bearing retainers are mostly steel plate ramjet type retainers. Large bearings are mostly used car metal solid retainers.

Deep groove ball bearings are the most commonly used rolling bearings. It is mainly used for bearing radial load, but when the bearing radial clearance is increased, it has certain properties of angular contact ball bearing and can bear radial and axial combined load. When the speed is high and the thrust ball bearing is not suitable, it can also bear the pure axial load. Compared with other bearings of the same specification and size of deep groove ball bearing, this bearing has small friction coefficient and high limit speed. But it is not suitable to bear the heavy load.
