Paying attention to the problem for cylindrical roller bearings
Vibration aspect. In daily use, vibration is very sensitive to the damage of bearing. Peeling, indentation, rust, crack, wear and so on will be reflected in the vibration measurement of bearing. Therefore, the magnitude of vibration can be measured by using a special bearing vibration meter (frequency analyzer, etc.), and the specific abnormal situation can be inferred from frequency distribution. The measured values are different due to the operating conditions of the bearing or the mounting position of the sensor, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine before determining the judgment criteria.
The temperature aspect. High temperature is often used to indicate that the cylindrical roller bearings are in abnormal conditions. High temperatures are also harmful to the lubricant of the bearing. Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to the bearing's lubricant. If the bearing temperature is more than 125 ℃ for a long time, the transfer will reduce the bearing life. The causes of high temperature bearing include insufficient lubrication or excessive lubrication, impurity in the bearing raceway, excessive speed limit, and long-term overload operation of the bearing.
