Single bearing
N, NU type
The outer ring of type N bearing has no side, and the inner ring has side side. Displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing seat in both axial and axial directions may be allowed. The bearing outer ring of type NU has two sides and inner ring has no side. The displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing seat in both axial and axial directions may also be allowed. Therefore, this kind of structure is suitable for use as floating end bearing.
NJ, NF type
The outer ring of NJ bearing has two sides, and the inner ring has one side. It can withstand a certain amount of unidirectional axial load. The outer ring of NF type has one side and the inner ring has two sides. It can also bear a certain amount of unidirectional axial load. Therefore, this kind of structure is suitable for bearings which are used as single direction bearings.
NUP, NFP type
The bearing of NUP type has two baffles on both sides of the outer ring. One side of the inner ring has (fixed) single baffle, and the other side is a detachable flat baffle. It can withstand a certain amount of bidirectional axial load.
The NFP type bearing outer ring has one side with (fixed) single side, while the other side is a detachable flat ring with two sides of the inner ring. It can also bear a certain amount of two-way axial load. The bearing can limit the axial displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing seat. Therefore, it is suitable for use as fixed end bearing.
NH (NJ+HJ) type
NH type bearing is the structure of NJ type bearing combined with HJ type inclined gear. Since the inner ring of the NUP bearing is short and the flat baffle ring is not fixed, it is inconvenient to use, while the NH bearing can make use of the width of the entire inner ring of the NJ bearing to keep closer coordination with the shaft. NH bearings are easier to install and disassemble.
NH bearings can limit the axial displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing seat in both axial directions. Therefore, it is suitable for use as fixed end bearing.
