Cylindrical roller bearing

The rolling body is the centripetal rolling bearing of a cylindrical roller. The internal structure of cylindrical roller bearing by roller are arranged 90 ° vertically cross each other (this is also cross roller bearing the name of the origin), with intervals between roller holder or the isolation piece, which can prevent mutual friction between roller tilt or roller, and effectively prevent the rotation torque increases.

Cylindrical roller and raceway are linear contact bearings. Load capacity is large and mainly bears radial load. The rolling body and the ring baffle friction is small, which is suitable for high-speed rotation. According to the ring with and without baffle, single row cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into  NU, NJ, NUP, N and NF, and double row cylindrical roller bearings such as NNU and NN. The bearing is a separable structure of inner and outer rings.

Cylindrical roller bearings with inner or outer rings without baffles can be used as free end bearings because the inner and outer rings can move relative to the axial direction. One side of the inner and outer rings has double baffles and the other ring has a single baffle cylindrical roller bearing, which can bear a certain degree of axial load in one direction. It generally used steel plate stamping retainer, or copper alloy car body retainer. But some use polyamide to form the cage.
